¶ Affiliate programs for community creation
When someone is creating a new community, there is a field where they can enter a referral code:
¶ Community owner (creators)
Most likely you will come from a link similar to this:
https://galaxis-platform.com/#/get-started?affiliate=REFERRAL_CODE
This will automatically fill out the relevant field during the community creation process.
You can also edit this field, or if you just received the code itself, type it in yourself when you are setting up the community.
¶ Referrers
Share this link on your regular platforms to invite community creators with your referral:

There are several IDs you can use as your referral code (the YOUR_REFERRAL_CODE part):
- If you are an engine owner, give your engine code as a referral code for community creation. This guarantees that you'd receive the most possible benefits/rewards from referral (yes, engine owners get extra). In this case, your link to share will look similar to this:
https://galaxis-platform.com/#/get-started?affiliate=ZLXQXD - If you are a community member, you can use that referral code (the end part of the referral link). In this case, your link to share will look similar to this:
https://galaxis-platform.com/#/get-started?affiliate=137-84-553 - If you are neither, you can still recommend people that they should create Galaxis communities. Just tell them to record your e-mail when they register their community and you'll get your referral rewards. In this case, your link to share will look similar to this:
https://galaxis-platform.com/#/[email protected]
In all three cases, you can also just share the ID part and tell the community owners to type it in manually during the creation process... but sharing the URL is just easier for everyone.
¶ Referral for new members
¶ Your referral ID
For each of the communities you are a member of, you receive a unique referral ID. There is a convenient button on your community page:
Simply click on the Copy referral link button to copy your very own referral URL to the clipboard. You can then advertise this referral link on X, in your newsletter, blog, vlog, podcast or wherever else you want to invite your friends from to join you at the same community. If they use this link to subscribe, your referral will be recorded and you may receive various kinds of benefits (depending on the community).
Remember, you have a different link for each of your communities.
