¶ Galaxis Ether Cards Governance Staking
The Galaxis staking program provides a structured process for Ether Card holders to participate in governance and receive rewards from a pool containing two CryptoPunks (#4790 and #9132).
Eligibility requires possession of an active Ether Cards Community Membership card. The following steps outline how to obtain one:
- Get an original Ether card (OEC). It is purchasable on the OpeanSea.
- Ether Cards OG (90 cards)
- Ether Cards Alpha (900 cards)
- Ether Cards Founder (9000 cards)
Note: Be careful not to buy cards with the "Deactivated" text, because these have been already used for activation!
- Join the Ether Cards community on the Galaxis platform with the same wallet in which you have the OEC.
- Enable Citizen Level on the Ether Cards Community Membership card (ECC) by depositing 10,000 $GALAXIS on it.
- Activate the Ether Cards Community Membership card by moving the traits from the original Ether Card (OEC) to the Membership card (ECC) with the activator app.
Note: Keep in mind that you are not able to activate your ECC without having a minimum of 10,000 GALAXIS on the ECC.
Bonus steps:
- Top up your ECC with DUST token to boost your DUST Multiplier (see below)
- Hold GALAXIS tokens in your wallet too, because this provides additional multiplier for your daily score.
- You can obtain Bonus Multipliers by holding specific assets, referrals, and long-term-engagement (see below).
¶ Terms and Conditions
- One OEC can only activate one ECC.
- Once used, the OEC will remain in the user's wallet, without traits.
- Once activated, the ECC will start accumulating scores daily.
- Minimum of 500 activated Ether Cards Membership card with more than zero score.
- Staking period: minimum 180 days, and after at least 90 days with a minimum 500 ECC generating score daily.
Access to the reward pool is subject to active governance. The score formula determines the allocation from the reward pool.

The score of a participant is the daily sum of the participant’s daily scores (during the entire staking period), where daily scores (base score times multipliers) are determined by snapshots taken daily at 10:00 a.m. CET.

¶ Multipliers (M)
The multiplier (M) reflects ongoing engagement and commitment, composed of the following:
M1 = DUST token holding
M2 = Growth in GALAXIS token holding
M3 = Traits of Ether Cards
i = a given day from the 180-day staking
¶ M1 - DUST Multiplier
Every DUST deposited on the card provides 2/10million = 0.0000002 points, caping at 2 points at 10 million DUST deposited.
Every 250,000 DUST on the Ether Cards Community Membership card increases the multiplier by +0.05. The DUST multiplier can be a maximum 2.
¶ M2 - GALAXIS Growth Multiplier
The wallet address that holds the ECC can also have extra GALAXIS tokens, which will be rewarded through the Galaxis Growth Multiplier. This multiplier can go up to 2, in which case the daily required GALAXIS amount in the wallet is 204,800.
Each day the multiplier calculated by the simple formula:
+2 multiplier applies if D x 204800 is smaller than the number of GALAXIS in the wallet,
otherwise +1.8 multiplier applies if D x 102400 is smaller than the number of GALAXIS in the wallet,
otherwise +1.6 multiplier applies if D x 51200 is smaller than the number of GALAXIS in the wallet,
otherwise +1.4 multiplier applies if D x 25600 is smaller than the number of GALAXIS in the wallet,
otherwise +1.2 multiplier applies if D x 12800 is smaller than the number of GALAXIS in the wallet,
otherwise +1 multiplier applies if D x 6400 is smaller than the number of GALAXIS in the wallet,
otherwise +0.8 multiplier applies if D x 3200 is smaller than the number of GALAXIS in the wallet,
otherwise +0.6 multiplier applies if D x 1600 is smaller than the number of GALAXIS in the wallet,
otherwise +0.4 multiplier applies if D x 800 is smaller than the number of GALAXIS in the wallet,
otherwise +0.2 multiplier applies if D x 400 is smaller than the number of GALAXIS on the wallet,

The original Ether Cards have traits on them. All of the traits will turn into a multiplier factor. A few traits (see right below) will be retained, but they help with multiplication as well.

¶ Voting & Reward Distribution
After the 6-month staking period participants vote on whether to sell the CryptoPunks:
- If yes: when the community votes yes, then the next day, the first punk will go to the market and be offered at the floor price. The second one follows 30 days later. When it is sold, the funds will be distributed to all cards with a score, based on the weight of their scores to the total scores of eligible participants.
- If no: If the majority votes “no”, the punks are retained and the score accumulates for an additional month. Voting occurs each month.
A simple majority decides.

¶ Jurisdictional Restrictions
Participation in the Galaxis Staking Program is strictly prohibited for residents, citizens, or persons accessing the program from the following jurisdictions:
Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Iran, Myanmar (Burma), Algeria, Angola, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Kenya, Laos, Lebanon, Monaco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Nigeria, South Africa, South Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, British Virgin Islands, Singapore, Switzerland.
Galaxis AG reserves the right to refuse participation in cases where there is evidence of jurisdictional ineligibility or suspected breach of applicable laws or internal compliance standards.

By interacting with this staking program, you expressly acknowledge and confirm that:
- You have independently accessed this program at your own initiative;
- You have not been subject to any marketing, targeting, or direct solicitation by Galaxis AG or its affiliates from within a restricted jurisdiction; and
- You bear full responsibility for ensuring that your participation complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence or access.
Galaxis AG shall not be liable for any legal or tax consequences arising from unauthorised participation or misrepresentation of jurisdictional eligibility.
¶ Governing Law and Venue
This program shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes or claims arising in connection with the program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.
